If your military loan becomes overpaid we will promptly refund any overpayment that has been received by us. Just send a message to your message center or give us a call at: +1 800 798 6664 or +1 702 437 6057. We can expedite your refund by sending it to you by direct deposit at your option. If you’re not in a hurry we can mail your military loan refund to you by U.S. mail.
